Spravato®
SPRAVATO® (Esketamine) Treatment at Elevate Health
A New Path Forward for Treatment-Resistant Depression
If you’ve tried two or more oral antidepressants and still struggle with symptoms of depression, SPRAVATO® may offer a new approach. Elevate Health is REMS-certified to administer SPRAVATO® safely and effectively in a monitored clinical environment.
What is SPRAVATO®?
SPRAVATO® (esketamine) CIII nasal spray is an FDA-approved medication to treat:
- Treatment-resistant depression (TRD) in adults
- Depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) with suicidal thoughts or actions
SPRAVATO® is not used as an anesthetic and is not approved to prevent suicide. It should not replace hospitalization if your provider determines it’s needed.

How Does It Work?
Unlike traditional antidepressants that target serotonin, dopamine, or norepinephrine, SPRAVATO® targets the NMDA receptor, offering a different mechanism of action. It works quickly to help reduce depressive symptoms.
